Come visit our tasting room featuring 12 different beers brewed in-house
Local 117 (First Brewed 8.4.2014)
A malt-forward sessionable amber ale brewed with locally grown & locally malted barley.
Tolpuddle Porter (First Brewed 8.31.2014)
An awesome robust porter with hints of dark fruit & nuts. Yum!
Fire in the Pumpkin Patch (First Brewed 10.29.2014)
Take the smokey notes of the Ode to The Wick nut brown ale (courtesy of that happy malting accident) add a few bushels of roast organic pumpkin from H.O.P.E Co-operative in Aylmer, balance with some Bertwell Hops from Guelph and season with fair trade organic cinnamon and nutmeg for a truly quaffable smoked pumpkin ale
The Two Steppe (First Brewed 11.3.2014)
Get your groove on with this crisp, clean golden Canadian wheat ale.
Dark Matter (First Brewed 11.14.2014)
Ponder the origins of the universe at the bottom of this rich and highly hopped dark ale. Dryhopped with Galaxy hops during conditioning.
Heritage Wit (First Brewed 2.21.2015)
There’s nothing dim wit’ted about this refreshing delight. Brewed with heritage red fife & emmer wheat from Aylmer.
Ward 4 (First Brewed 3.7.2015)
Malt forward with a hazel hue, this brew is classy – much like our beloved ward.
Norfolk Red (First Brewed 1.24.2016)
The Norfolk Red uses only hops from our friends at Carolinian Hop Yard. We use Magnum hops for the bittering and a mix of Cascade and Chinook for the later additions to produce a great balance of malts and the floral, herbal, and slight spiciness of the hops.
Pound Galena (First Brewed 2.15.2016)
This marks the fourth in our local single-hopped beer series. This tasty brew has a pound of Galena hops that give a bit of spice and grapfruity tones. A nice, easy-going beer – cause why should a beer be stressed?
The Workhorse (First Brewed 12.30.2016)
This is no lame horse, it’s hopped to the hilt – great for those of the hop oc-colt. Be sure to amble up to the bar and grab yourself a glass or canter to the fridge to get a bottle to bring home.
